Hi, I'm Melissa Williams, and FemmeInspo is my site.

I'm the friend everyone texts before a wedding, a big date, or a nerve-wracking salon appointment. What should I do with my hair? Does this color wash me out? I have opinions on all of it, and I have had them since I was the kid cutting bangs on her dolls and, later, regretting a few bangs of my own.

FemmeInspo grew out of that. For years I saved looks in a mess of screenshots and half-full Pinterest boards, and I kept thinking there should be one decent place to find this stuff instead of twenty. So I made it.

Here is what I actually believe about style. It is not keeping up with every trend that flies past. Most of them are not for you, and that is fine. The good stuff is the handful of ideas that fit your face, your week, and the mood you are trying to hit. That is the part worth digging for, and it is what I try to put in front of you here.

So on FemmeInspo you'll find hairstyle ideas, beauty tips, and fashion I think is worth a second look, plus small tweaks that make an ordinary day feel a bit more put-together. New cut, occasion updo, or just a folder of maybes for later. All of it belongs here.

The thing I care about most is that everyone gets a say. Your best haircut might be the exact one that would look terrible on me, and that is sort of the point. I make room for different ages, budgets, textures, and tastes on purpose.

A small team helps me these days. We hunt through trends, toss out the noise, and keep what is actually usable. No hard sell, no pressure. Just a place to try a look on in your head before you ever sit in the chair.
