We check reputable sources instead of passing off personal opinion as expert guidance, and we try to be honest about what is a proven fact and what is simply a preference or a look we like.

If we reference facts about hair or scalp health, we aim to base them on trusted, established sources. We are not medical or professional experts, and we say so plainly. For anything specific to you, a qualified professional is always the right person to ask.

Pictures are a big part of how we share ideas. The images on FemmeInspo may be licensed, digitally created, edited, or generated using AI tools, and we use them to help you picture a cut, color, texture, or style.

These images are meant as visual inspiration. Your own result can look different depending on your natural hair, its texture and density, your starting color, how it is styled, and who is doing the work.
